With whizzing lights and bangs, a magnificent but harmless fireworks display erupts at an unoccupied point you choose within range. Each humanoid within a 5-foot radius of the point must make a Wisdom saving throw or be amazed by the display. A humanoid that is blinded or deafened has advantage on this save. A creature amazed by the fireworks is incapacitated until the end of its next turn or until it takes any damage. The effects can be seen and heard up to 500 feet away.
