Make a melee spell attack against a creature you can reach.

On a hit, the target takes 3d8 force damage and must make a Strength save or be pushed 10 feet away from you in a straight line. The distance pushed is reduced by 5 feet for every size category the target is larger than Medium.

If the target being pushed would be moved into the space of a larger creature or a solid obstacle, its movement stops and it must make a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone.

If the target being pushed would be moved into a second creature of its own size or smaller, that second creature must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d8 bludgeoning damage and have to make a Strength saving throw or else be pushed back 5 feet as well, with the first target moving into its former space. This forced movement then ends for both creatures, and both creatures must make a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 and the distance pushed by 5 feet for each slot level above 2nd.
