You touch a willing creature, drawing from them a sacrifice of their life force to power your attacks. For the duration of the spell, on your turn as a bonus action you can drain 1d12 hit points from the target creature. If you successfully hit with an attack on that turn, you inflict half the number of hit points as bonus necrotic damage to the target of your attack. You must remain within 30 feet of the donor creature or the spell ends.

The donor creature can take a bonus action to end the spell on any of its turns.
