You invest your eyes with the light of heaven, rippling out in deadly waves that strike terror and death into the wicked.

Evil creatures within range take 2d10 necrotic damage and 2d10 radiant damage, or half as much if they succeed on a Wisdom saving throw. An evil creature with 5 or fewer Hit Dice reduced to 0 hit points by your opalescent glare instantly dies, with no death saving throws allowed.

In addition to the damage dealt, evil creatures failing their saving throw are frightened for 1 minute. Creatures with more than 5 Hit Dice can attempt a new Wisdom saving throw each round at the end of their turn to end this effect.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the radius of the effect increases by 10 feet.
