The touched creature is imbued with the power of parkour, likely with glowing evidence of it in the form of lines that run along their legs, conjured wheels and other similar things.

They can ignore all difficult terrain while dashing or running.

When performing long jumps or high jumps, your strength is considered 2 higher.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the duration is increased by one hour per spell slot for each slot level above 1st and your strength is increased by an additional point for purposes of jumping.
