Ray of Clumsiness

A beam of shimmering light steals the grace and agility of a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes a -1 penalty to AC, attack rolls, and Dexterity checks and saving throws.

In addition, if the target moves more than half its speed, it must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone. If the target rolls a natural 1 on an attack roll, it drops the weapon it is holding.

At the end of each of the target’s turns, it can make a Constitution saving throw against the spell. On a success, the spell ends.
