Classes: bard, cleric, ranger, sorcerer, warlock, wizard

You can target any weapon with the thrown property, linking it to the creature wielding it at the time of casting.

When the weapon is thrown, it immediately returns to the wielder’s hand after resolving the attack. If the weapon is dropped or knocked out of the wielder’s hand, the wielder can recall the weapon to their hand as a bonus action. If the returning weapon has been picked up by another creature, that creature can maintain their hold on the weapon and prevent it from returning to the original wielder with a successful Strength saving throw against the spell’s DC.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can target one additional weapon (which may be on the same creature or a different creature within range) for each slot level above 2nd.
