You enter the Plane of Shadow just as danger approaches.

You vanish from your current plane of existence and appear in the Plane of Shadow until the start of your next turn, avoiding the triggering attack or spell. While on the Plane of Shadow, you are paralyzed, but you can see and hear the plane you originated from, which appears in shades of gray. At the start of your next turn, you reappear in the space you previously occupied or in the nearest unoccupied space.
