The Internet is the repository of all knowledge for those who know where to look, especially when the Dark Net is included.

And the Siphon knows. Firewalls are no object.

At the end of one minute, any unrestricted information that could conceivably be stored on a computer is potentially available (as if you rolled a natural 20 on the applicable skill check). The information must be the answer to a clearly asked question (the complexity of the available information is at the GM’s discretion). Once that information is received, the spell ends.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the duration of the spell is extended by one minute. One piece of information can be acquired per minute spent concentrating; if the spell ends early, all information collected to that point is retained. Any information sought after the first minute must be connected to the original Siphon request (DM’s discretion).
