You touch a chaos storage cube and a chaositech device, transferring the raw chaos within the cube into the device, refueling and restoring it. The spell allows you to safely touch both items for this purpose. Once you cast the spell, the device is fully charged. There is a 10 percent chance that the storage cube is now empty, at which point it collapses into a corrosive puddle (equivalent to a spilled flask of acid). There is a 25 percent chance that the collapse of the cube draws the attention of a chaos-inclined creature, which arrives within a few minutes; the creature is not predisposed to be either hostile or friendly.
