Smug Narcissism

5th-level enchantment

Casting Time: 1 action

Range: 30 feet

Components: V, S, M (a shard of a broken mirror)

Duration: 1 hour

Classes: bard, cleric, warlock, wizard

You fill your target with overweening pride and vainglorious self-obsession about its own importance, talents, and attractiveness if it fails a Charisma saving throw. The target cannot help commenting on their own beauty and comparing it to the ugliness of others and is compelled to gaze on its own reflection whenever possible. The target’s vanity causes it to have disadvantage on all Charisma checks.

In combat situations, the target must attempt a Wisdom saving throw or spend its bonus action looking for some kind of reflecting surface and gazing at its own reflection.

In addition, if it fails this saving throw it becomes incredibly worried about enemies damaging its appearance and focuses on defense (such as casting a defensive spell like shield or using the Dodge action) or retreat in combat during that round rather than risking its pretty face being marred.
