Soothing Mud

You congeal water, earth, sand, and dust into morass of thick, clinging mud that occupies up to six 5-foot squares; these squares can be located anywhere within range and need not be contiguous. The mud is difficult terrain, even if created in water (it floats, supporting up to 200 pounds for each square). Each round a creature ends its turn in the soothing mud, it regains 1 hit point. If a creature lies prone within the soothing mud for 1 full minute, it also removes one level of exhaustion. A creature can benefit from soothing mud only once per day.
