You split your spirit in half; one to confront the earthly challenges of the body and the other to focus and reason. For the duration of the spell, your concentration (such as when concentrating on a spell) can’t end unless you wish for it to end. However, the strain that this spell puts on your body causes you to regain half the hit points you would normally regain when you are healed. You can dismiss this spell as an action.
