This spell functions like scarf of slashing steel, but if you hit the target it is restrained. A successful Dexterity saving throw negates the restrained condition. A restrained creature can attempt a Strength saving throw at the end of each of its turns to end the condition.

You may choose to make a melee spell attack or ranged spell attack with a tangle scarf rather than a normal attack roll. A hit with the tangle scarf as a touch attack deals no damage but can still entangle the target as described above.
