You complete the incantation, point your finger at the target and they are filled with images of their past mistakes and failures, the pain of these events amplified in their mind.

The target must make a Wisdom saving throw each round or deal 1d8 plus their Strength modifier damage to themself. If the target succeeds on the saving throw or the spell’s duration expires normally, they are stunned for 1 round and the spell ends.

At Higher Levels. When casting this spell using a spell slot of 5th or higher, you can target one additional target for each spell slot level above 4th.
