A 6-foot-long shaft of solid wind appears in your hand, which you may wield as a spear that you are proficient with.

As a swift action, you may expend 1 minute of the wind shaft’s remaining duration to wield it as a spear with reach; this change persists until the beginning of your next turn. Attacks with a wind shaft are made with advantage. Since the weapon is immaterial, your ability modifier does not apply to the damage.

You may also hurl the wind shaft as a ranged spell attack; this expends 1 minute of the spell’s remaining duration (and fails if the spell has less than one minute of duration remaining). Once it either hits or misses its target, the wind shaft reappears in your hand.
