Winds of Vengeance

9th-level transmutation

Casting Time: 1 action

Range: Self

Components: V, S

Duration: 10 minutes

Classes: cleric, druid, sorcerer, wizard

You surround yourself with a buffeting shroud of supernatural tornado-force winds, allowing you to fly with a speed of 60 feet. The winds of vengeance grant you immunity to other wind effects, as well as harmful gases or vapors, and also provide you with a shell of breathable air. Ranged weapon attacks are deflected by the winds of vengeance and automatically miss you, even huge weapons like hurled boulders and siege weapons.

Melee attacks by Tiny creatures are also automatically deflected and have no effect on you, while Small creatures have disadvantage on melee attacks against you.

In addition, when a creature hits you with a melee attack, as a reaction you can direct a blast of wind against them dealing 5d8 bludgeoning damage, or half as much with a successful Strength saving throw. Creatures failing their save are also pushed 10 feet away from you if they are larger than you, 20 feet away if they are the same size as you, and 30 feet away if they are smaller than you. Tiny creatures and swarms take double damage from this blast of wind.
