Fiendish Creature

This template can be applied to any corporeal creature that is not already a fiend or undead, referred to as the base creature.

Type. The creature’s type becomes fiend.

Abilities. The creature’s Intelligence and Charisma scores change to 10, if the base creature’s are lower.

Damage Resistances. The fiendish creature is resistant to cold and fire damage, as well as to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks.

Damage Immunities. The fiendish creature is immune to poison damage.

Condition Immunities. The fiendish creature is immune to the poisoned conditions.

Senses. The fiendish creature has darkvision to a range of 60 feet, or that of the base creature, if its range is longer.

Languages. The fiendish creature gains telepathy out to 60 ft., if the base creature does not already have it.

Alignment. The fiendish creature’s alignment becomes evil, if it was not already.

Magic Resistance. The fiendish creature has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
