Staff of Command

Staff, very rare (requires attunement by a bard, cleric, druid, sorcerer, warlock, or wizard)

This staff has 10 charges. While holding the staff, you can use can action to expend some of its charges to cast one of the following spells using your spell DC: charm person (1 charge), command (1 charge), speak with plants (3 charges), dominate person (6 charges), dominate monster (10 charges).

The staff regains 1d10 charges each day at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff explodes, everybody within 20 ft. takes 2d10 psychic damage, and the staff is destroyed.
