Angelic Flute

Wondrous item (flute), weapon (blowgun), very rare, requires attunement

This wooden flute is elegantly designed with carvings of flora throughout. Once attuned, however, you will realize that the flute doubles as a +1 blowgun, which you will be immediately proficient with. When used as part of an attack, the Angelic Flute automatically fires a magical piece of ammunition; as such it does not require physical ammunition and therefore does not have the loading property. When used as part of a ranged attack, every attack roll with this flute is with Advantage. Additionally, the Angelic Flute is always found with 6 charges, all of which are regained after a long rest. As an action you may expend 1 or more charges and make a ranged attack with this weapon with one of the following enhancements:

Impact (1 charge): This attack deals extra 1d6 points of force damage.

Double impact (2 charges): The attack splits the ammunition in two, potentially hitting the target twice. Make 2 separate attack rolls, each hit deals an extra 1d4 points of force damage.

Angelic Entrapment (3 charges): On impact this attack deals no damage. Instead, the ammunition wraps itself around the target and impedes it. It has Disadvantage on all its attacks until it can cut itself free (as an action).

Loading: because of the time required to load this weapon, you can fire only one piece of ammunition from it when you use an action, bonus action, or reaction to fire it, regardless of the number of attacks you can normally make.
