This +2 leather whip always look new, no matter how many years of use it’s seen. When making an attack with this weapon, you can magically extend its reach to hit any target within 20 feet of you, rather than its normal 10-foot reach. There is a downside though — attacking a target farther than 10 feet away suffers a -1 penalty to your attack roll.
