Trolltagen

Trolltagna (singular: trolltagen) are bigger, nastier, meaner, and more dangerous than normal humans. Their trollish ancestry gives them special insight into magic and it is a fatal mistake to brush them off as mere brutes.

Standing Out

Trolltagna are easy to spot; they are larger, stockier, and stronger than average humans, growing as tall as seven feet in height. They are usually unpleasant to look at or have a deformity in some way, and their temperaments can swing from humorous to violent.

Wizards And Warriors

Trolltagna make their own way in the world; some retreat to nature, preferring solitude to scrutiny, while others go on to lead armies and become champions. Trolltagna are magically adept and capable of being fearsome spellcasters if they so choose.

Names

Trolltagna tend to follow similar naming conventions to the humans they cohabitate with. Those wishing to strike fear in the hearts of men will adopt the name “half-troll” or “troll-” to ensure that all who cross them know whom they’re dealing with.

Ability Scores

Trolltagna are a subspecies of half-orc.

• Ability Score Increase. Instead of increasing your Constitution score by 1, your Intelligence increases by 1.
• Powerful Build. You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift. This attribute replaces the Savage Attacks attribute of the half-orc.
