The caster begins to play, whistle, hum, or sing a song.

Everything in the targeted range feels an undeniable urge to dance and begins doing so, complete with foot shuffling and tapping. This will even animate objects of any nonmagical material. Even raw matter, such as water, will dance in tune.

All creatures who can hear the caster within range must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the creature is restrained. The dancing objects cause a 30 foot radius around the caster to become difficult terrain. A creature can make a new Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of its turns to end the effect.
