You designate a fixed area no larger than a 120-foot cube as your lair. Thereafter, as long as you remain in the designated area, you gain advantage on all Wisdom (Perception) checks, which also temporarily increases your passive Perception by +5. In addition, you gain blindsight with a range of 30 feet and darkvision with a range of 60 feet. These senses do not, however, extend beyond the limits of the spell’s area of effect.
