This blue-lacquered +2 longbow is carved in the shape of twin dragons whose open jaws meet at its center. While holding it, you have resistance to lightning and thunder damage. Arrows fired from the bow are shrouded in crackling arcs of blue lightning that seek out nearby foes. On a successful hit you deal an extra 2d8 lightning damage to the target and 1d8 lightning damage to all enemies within 5 feet of the target.
